Welcome Back Hawks!
My name is Kathy Fiacco and I'm excited to enter my second year as the president of our Parent Teacher Association (PTA) at Torrey Hills School. I look forward to this opportunity to work with such a wonderful community. I am a proud parent to 27-year-old twin daughters, a 23-year-old son, and two boys aged 7 and 10, who are currently students at Torrey Hills. My journey with the PTA began with my older children, and I have been actively involved with Torrey Hills' PTA for four years now. During this time, I have had the privilege of serving as a class parent, working in the kindergarten classroom, and being a Noon Duty Supervisor. This experience has allowed me to build a strong connection with the children here at Torrey Hills, and I must say, they are absolutely amazing!
The mission of the Torrey Hills PTA is to support and inspire an enriching environment that enhances EVERY student’s educational experience. The dedication of our PTA, teachers, and staff ensures that Torrey Hills offers an extraordinary learning environment for our students.
We have an exciting array of activities planned to enrich their learning experiences and instill a sense of pride in being a Torrey Hills Hawk. However, we cannot do it without the support of our parents. We are always looking for enthusiastic parents to join us in making Torrey Hills even more special. You can be an active member or passive member. Passive members help financially by joining the PTA or making a donation. Active members can volunteer or organize events. If you have any questions, ideas, or if you would like to get involved, please don't hesitate to reach out to me anytime. Together, we can make a positive impact on the lives of our children and create a thriving community at Torrey Hills. I look forward to working alongside each one of you in this incredible journey.
